Valley Health System is looking for a skilled therapist to support child and adolescent patients in Paramus. This role entails engaging families, counseling, and promoting emotional strengths while addressing behavioral issues.
Applicants should possess a Master’s degree in social work and ideally have experience in therapy. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and is crucial for delivering high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team.
To engage child/adolescent patients and their families with difficulties in emotions and behaviors by identifying problems, promoting strengths, and addressing weaknesses. To engage in counseling, education and therapy with children/adolescents and their families. To coordinate care and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team and community resources.
Master's degree in social work or equivalent from an accredited program.
Previous experience providing family and individual therapy preferred.

Actual individual salaries vary depending on these factors. The salary listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Pay Range: $39.33 - $49.16 (per hour).
