Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor (LCSW/LMHC)
PsychiaTreat is dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health care. We offer a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including medication management, psychotherapy, and cutting-edge treatments.
We conduct in-depth psychiatric evaluations to determine the best treatment plan for each individual, which may include pharmacologic management, individual, or group psychotherapy. All treatment plans are tailored to the patient's needs.
PsychiaTreat is a welcoming space for all, including the LGBTQAI+ community. We provide both in-person and telehealth services.
Governance Responsibilities
- Follow all guidelines of relevant health and labor departments and policies of PsychiaTreat.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Report any violations to the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer promptly.
- Meet project goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize professional skills to serve client treatment needs under supervision.
- Gather sufficient information for diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
- Implement crisis services as needed and guide clients towards appropriate treatment.
- Educate clients about the agency's services to facilitate participation and understanding.
- Empower clients to become effective consumers of mental health services and reduce stigma.
- Maintain client stability through ongoing treatment or assess and implement changes when necessary.
- Regularly review client progress with supervisors and incorporate feedback.
- Help clients develop appropriate treatment expectations.
- Assist clients in understanding and managing financial and insurance responsibilities.
- Plan and execute proper discharge and termination processes to ensure resource utilization post-treatment.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Coordinate with other agencies for client benefit and regulatory compliance.
- Share relevant data with clients and involved parties to support decision-making.
- Complete QI training during onboarding and participate in ongoing QI activities.
- Foster an inclusive culture that respects individual differences and strengths.
General Responsibilities
- Attend departmental and quality improvement meetings as directed.
- Participate in clinical performance improvement activities, including peer reviews.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives related to PsychiaTreat.
