The Social Worker strives to promote patient and family wellness, improve care outcomes, facilitate access to hospital and community resources, and develop comprehensive transitional care plans for patients with complex psychosocial needs in Inpatient and Emergency Department (ED) environments.
Minimum Education: Master's degree from an accredited social work program required
Minimum Experience: None required
Licensure/Certification: None required by law
Additional Qualifications: Prefer at least two years of experience in an acute or post-acute setting. LMSW in Georgia preferred.
