Job summary

The Valley Hospital-Paramus seeks a qualified social worker to engage patients and families in identifying psychosocial needs and coordinating optimal, safe plans of care. You will educate, counsel, and refer as indicated, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and community resources.

Education

Ability to utilize effective time management to set priorities, perform job related responsibilities, and respond quickly to emergency situations. Ability to use effective analytical and critical thinking skills to problem-solve.
