Summary
The Behavioral Health Social Worker MSW plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality care, including treatment planning, discharge planning, and utilization review for patients hospitalized on the mental health unit. This role involves assessing psycho-social needs, educating, counseling, and coordinating care across the continuum to improve patient outcomes and length of stay. Responsibilities
