Crossbridge Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Medical Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team in Michigan. You will provide emotional, social, financial, and resource-based support to patients and families facing serious illness and end-of-life care.
The role requires a Master’s degree (MSW), an active Social Worker license in the state, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work within a supportive, mission-driven culture, part-time 20 hours weekly in the Flint area.

This role requires compassion, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support patients and families through highly sensitive and meaningful experiences.
Our coverage area includes: Ann Arbor, Lansing and Flint areas.
Part-Time, 20 hours a week.
