THE ROLE

Win is seeking a compassionate and skilled Client Care Coordinator (LMSW or LMHC) to provide clinical services to families and individuals residing in our Transitional Housing programs. In this role, you will help clients address barriers to stability through assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and connection to long-term community-based services.
