Salary Range : $70,960.00 - $89,875.00 per year

Job Overview :

The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is a dynamic, compassionate clinician who will join a strong, clinically based multidisciplinary team. The role involves treating children, adolescents, adults, and/or their families in a supportive, trauma-informed outpatient setting.

The LSW provides clinical services such as individual, group, or family psychotherapy, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services, and serves as a mental health consultant.

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting

Preferred :

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Certifications and Licenses Required :

• Current NJ LSW license

Scheduling Requirements :

• Shift working, 9:00 am — 7:00 pm daily
• Monday-Thursday

Essential Functions :

• Deliver clinical services including individual, group, crisis intervention, case management, outreach, and consultation
• Develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments considering age and developmental factors
• Participate in crisis management and develop treatment plans
• Attend weekly supervision and case conferences
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervise LSWs and students as required
