The Licensed Clinician - Co-Occurring/Mental Health is responsible for assessing, counseling, intervening, implementing and educating the patient, family/significant others to facilitate movement throughout the continuum of care.

Influenza Vaccinations are a requirement for employment at CarePoint Health.
