Job summary

White Glove Community Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) to conduct Early Intervention evaluations for children aged 0–3 in New York City.

You will screen children, work with families and a multidisciplinary team to identify functional outcomes, and prepare clear reports with actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of NY EI evaluation experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel to various settings for assessments.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMSW or LCSW license in New York.
• Minimum of one year experience evaluating the NYC Early Intervention program.
• Experience evaluating children aged 0–3 and ability to work with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Job description

White Glove is seeking a dynamic Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW/ LCSW) looking for a comprehensive and rewarding experience to conduct Early Intervention evaluations.

Position available in all 5 Boroughs.

In this role, the Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW/LCSW) will provide screenings for children ages 0-3 years old with various developmental delays, in a variety of settings. Work with families and a team of other service providers to help generate child's functional outcomes and objectives.

Successful LCSWs will have excellent attention to detail regarding report submission, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to liaise and collaborate with professionals in various disciplines and at different levels in order to best advocate for needs of the children and be willing to travel to various settings for the evaluations.

Qualifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a minimum of one year experience conducting evaluations for the New York City Early Intervention Program.
