Qualifications

• State licensure as LCSW in Oregon or Washington or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant social work experience.
• Strong assessment, communication and collaboration skills.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. • Knowledge of behavioral health, neurobiology, and lifespan development principles
