Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-informed treatment plans across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role emphasizes person-centered care and collaboration with care teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Social Work and an active Washington license, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and a commitment to ethical practice and reducing health
