Job summary

Mindset Mental Support is seeking a Per Diem Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health services. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver teletherapy to clients on a flexible schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Social Work, a valid LCSW license in the state, and experience with crisis intervention, group therapy, and meticulous medical documentation (ICD-9). Zoom-based sessions are used for therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of practice is mandatory.
• Experience with crisis intervention and group therapy is desirable.

Responsibilities
