Job summary

Mindset-Mental-Support is seeking a per diem LMSW or LCSW to provide remote mental health services to adults. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions via virtual sessions.

Responsibilities include evaluations, documenting care, collaborating with a clinical team, and facilitating group therapy. A flexible schedule and supervision toward licensure credits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid LMSW or LCSW license in the state of practice is mandatory.
• Experience with clinical documentation and diagnostic evaluation processes preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to senior individuals. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and enhance the quality of life for our clients. This position is per diem, and the social worker would provide virtual counseling sessions remotely.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide virtual individual and group counseling services over Zoom, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to client requirements.
• Fill a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, including ICD-9 coding for diagnoses.
