Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of social services in areas such as adult protective services and in-home supportive services.
• Manage caseloads, conduct assessments, develop and carry out service plans.
• Screen and interview clients in various settings to assess needs and provide social services.
• Coordinate referrals and services, advocate for clients with community agencies.
• Maintain records, attend meetings, and provide training to staff.
