El Camino Health in Mountain View, CA, seeks a skilled social worker to complete psychosocial assessments, support patients and families during hospitalization and after a new diagnosis, and coordinate care with physicians, nurses and other specialists.

Salary Range: $56.76 - $75.47 USD Hour
