Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess Veterans' psychosocial functioning and needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and community agencies.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and other services.
