Job summary

Required is a CSWE-accredited social work degree and ND licensure, with CPR training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (ND).
• Driver's License: ND.
• Basic Life Support - CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the psychosocial status of clients related to the client’s illness and environment and communicates findings to the registered nurse.
• Carries out social evaluations and plans intervention based on evaluation findings.
• Maintains clinical records on all clients referred to social work.
• Provides information and referral services to clients and families/caregivers regarding environmental needs and
• Provides information to clients or families/caregivers and community agencies.
• Markets and promotes the agency programs and events in the local community.
