Social Work Assistant Chief supports leadership of Social Work Service, oversees social work practice, supervises staff, manages programs, and drives quality improvement across CTVHCS. Provides administrative leadership, develops standards of care, and coordinates system-wide social work activities.

Oversee social work practice, supervisors, and staff across CTVHCS. Manage social work programs, standards of care, and quality improvement. Develop SOPs, treatment protocols, education materials, and program evaluations. Brief leadership, prepare reports, and support accreditation compliance. Participate in committees, inspections, and special projects. Maintain academic affiliations and oversee student placements. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
