Job summary

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Social Worker to provide school-based services at a local high school. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with hours 7:25 AM–2:55 PM, for short-term coverage through March 2027 and immediate start.

The ideal candidate will hold an appropriate Social Work license, have experience with school-aged children, and thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting, collaborating with educators and families to support students’ social-emotional and behavioral needs.

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Social Worker who enjoys working with high school students and collaborating with educators, families, and other members of the student support team.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Hold the appropriate Social Work license/credentials for the position
  • Have experience working with school-aged children or adolescents preferred
  • Be comfortable collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Have strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Bring a student-centered approach to supporting social-emotional and behavioral needs
