As CF, you will work with a collaborative team, participate in IEP meetings, and grow your clinical skills through structured mentorship and ongoing learning opportunities.

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is hiring Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs) to support students in local school districts through our Speech at the Beach program.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide speech-language therapy aligned with student IEP goals
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support classroom carryover through collaboration with teachers and staff
  • Communicate with families and provide consultative support
  • Maintain compliant documentation aligned with school and regulatory standards
  • Continue growing your clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing learning
