Job description

Pay Range: $30 - $32 per hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming telephone calls and triage behavioral health needs. Document calls and actions using standard computer software applications.
2. Provide resources and education to non-licensed behavioral health staff.
3. Schedule and make follow-up calls to facilitate care.
4. Promote recovery concepts and inspire hope.
5. Collaborate with internal and external agency personnel to meet callers' needs.
6. Provide professional assessments and interventions within the scope of relevant licensure. Offer behavioral health education to callers.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1. Experience in telephonic counseling and crisis intervention.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3. Active license from the respective licensing board (must be from the state where the candidate resides).
4. License / Certification options include: Licensed Professional Counselor; Licensed Clinical Social Worker; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; Licensed Psychologist; Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor; Licensed Associate Counselor; Licensed Master’s Social Worker.
