Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care in Newnan, GA is seeking a dedicated social worker to join our compassionate team. You will provide psychosocial evaluations, ongoing counsel, bereavement support, and community education outreach to patients and families. Qualifications

• MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the CSWE
• Current state license as a social worker
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical work experience in healthcare or hospice
• Reliable transportation and ability to perform physical tasks (sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs)

Qualifications
