POSITION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PER DIEM SOCIAL WORKER

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• At least one year in a health care setting required, preferably home care or hospice
• Prior clinical experience working with geriatric, oncology or terminally ill populations highly desirable
