Job summary

Complete Care Management in Morrell Corners, NJ, is seeking a Social Worker to perform psychosocial assessments and advocate for residents within an interdisciplinary team.

You will complete Social Histories, identify emotional needs, and ensure mandated reporting compliance. The role emphasizes independent work and rapport with residents, with full-time status and growth opportunities.

• Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to promote and protect resident’s rights.
• Must have LSW or CSW.
