We are hiring a full-time Clinical Social Worker for our Children's MN Social Work Department, Minneapolis Campus. The role involves providing clinical care and services within our Cancer and Blood Disorders clinic and inpatient areas, as well as participating in our Oncology Team, including ambulatory care, medical/surgical care, and the pediatric intensive care unit. The social worker provides bereavement support during end of life, when needed. Our teams are rooted in health equity and trauma-informed care, serving a diverse patient population at various stages of medical treatment.
Provide clinical assessment, therapeutic intervention, and resource mobilization for children aged 0-18 and their families with complex psycho-social and emotional needs in a pediatric hospital, clinic, and homecare setting.
Qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work, knowledge of community resources, experience in crisis intervention, and at least two years of counseling experience in healthcare or pediatric settings. Minnesota State LGSW or LICSW preferred. The position involves billing for services.
