RegalCare at Lowell is seeking a Social Worker to join our team in Lowell, MA. This part-time role focuses on promoting patients' and residents' well-being through assessment, counseling, and care planning.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support families, and address social determinants of health to improve quality of life. LCSW licensure in Massachusetts is required and LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications
