  • Job Summary: To inspire and prepare each scholar with confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to the community; and engage in lifelong learning. Provide services including writing and implementing individual scholar goals and objectives, evaluating scholar performance according to the IEP, promoting achievement, maintaining scholar records, and communicating with guardians/caregivers. Perform classroom management, enforce district rules, and follow due process guidelines. Use resources and technologies effectively, implement district and school goals, and provide in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous services. Collaborate with others and participate in leadership activities. Be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of guardians, department, building, and district as needed.
