Provide services including writing and implementing individual scholar goals and objectives, evaluating scholar performance according to the IEP, promoting achievement, maintaining scholar records, and communicating with guardians/caregivers. Perform classroom management, enforce district rules, and follow due process guidelines. Use resources and technologies effectively, implement district and school goals, and provide in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous services. Collaborate with others and participate in leadership activities. Be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of guardians, department, building, and district as needed.
