Job summary

Landmark Hospital of Joplin is seeking a compassionate Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary care team in Joplin, MO. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work required; Master's degree preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Missouri LMSW or LCSW preferred.
• 5+ years of hospital-based social work experience.
• Strong knowledge of community resources, referral agencies, and healthcare systems.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to manage multiple complex cases.
• Collaborative, empathetic approach and excellent cross-disciplinary communication.

Responsibilities
