Job summary

WPTT is seeking a skilled Social Worker to provide parent training and counseling to families in the community. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, child development, and family dynamics, with opportunities to serve diverse populations.

The position involves partnering with case managers, therapists, and educators to deliver coordinated care, while maintaining compliant records and offering services across in-home, school, daycare, office, or telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field required; LCSW preferred.
• Knowledge of child development, parenting strategies, and family dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) a plus.
