Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Certified Social Worker (CSW) in the state of Wisconsin or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Illinois is required.

Wisconsin: Licensed as a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (CAPSW), Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred.

Illinois: Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is preferred.

Eligible temporary Social Worker license while completing the examination requirements for full licensure is required.

Social Worker licensure must be obtained within the timeframe permitted under the temporary license and as required by applicable state regulations.

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Internet Speed Requirements

• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
