Job summary

Tresco TOTS in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Social Worker to provide high-quality services for children birth to 3 who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. You will also support families, students, and professionals through training, supervision, and guidance in communication development and family therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current LMSW, LISW, or LCSW licensed in New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years providing family therapy services.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide family therapy, emotional support, and mental health services.
• Conduct evaluations and participate in the development of IFSPs.
• Design and implement behavioral intervention strategies.
• Link families to resources (legal, medical, transportation, etc.) to address barriers.
• Supervise social work interns (BA & MA levels).
• Collaborate with community partners, including FIT and CYFD.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance.
• Promote early intervention through outreach and child-find activities.
• Engage in reflective supervision and professional development.

About the Role

What You’ll Do
