Base pay range

$57,750.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr

At Southwest Family Guidance Center, we don't just talk about mental health, we live it, breathe it, and infuse it with heart, joy, and authenticity. We're on the lookout for a vibrant, compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team of changemakers in Albuquerque.

What You'll Be Doing-

You'll work closely with young children (0 – 5) and their caregivers to support healing, attachment, and emotional growth through Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Think snuggly blankets, safe spaces, laughter, reflection, and real talk all in the name of breaking generational trauma and helping families thrive.

You're Our Kind of Therapist If You-

• Are Licensed in NM (LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSE, etc.)
• Are newly minted or seasoned and still full of heart
• Love child development, family systems, and real human connection
• Come from a background in mental health, OT, PT, or anything hands-on & healing
• Want to grow professionally without losing your sparkle
• Are CPP-Rostered (or eager to be – training support included!)
