Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises team, ensuring client needs are met and that court orders and agency policies are followed.
• Consults with Program Managers and informs on case management and staff issues.
• Supervises social work staff, interns, and team coordinators; conducts performance evaluations.
• Initiates client case conferences and assists with service plan development and implementation.
• Coordinates with physicians and other health personnel for client evaluation and treatment.
