• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and 5+ years of relevant experience with LCSW-C.
• Current LCSW licensure required.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex problems and improve systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Commitment to professional development: Training Checklist for Managers and Supervisors within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to social services staff, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluation, discipline, and growth.
• Shape and implement goals, policies, and procedures; translate standards into team guidance.
• Assist with budget preparation and pursue grant opportunities to expand capacity.
• Build relationships with Medical Center leadership and community organizations for patient-centered care.
• Deliver direct social work services when needed in complex situations.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Oversee students and volunteers, coordinating meaningful learning experiences.
• Maintain records and analyze data to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Contribute to Medical Center committees to advance interdisciplinary solutions.
