Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a social work team on a clinical treatment unit.
• Provide clinical supervision and staff consultation.
• Oversee scheduling, leave approvals, and coverage needs.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Coordinate field instruction for students and interns.
• Lead treatment planning meetings and case assignments.
• Maintain clinical documentation and care coordination with patientamily.
