Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with a goal of becoming licensed.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments in collaboration with a supervising LCSW.
• Provide outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and families across a range of diagnoses.
• Deliver intensive in-home and community stabilization services, including crisis intervention, skills restoration, treatment planning, and family-based support.
• Engage with community partners and multiple systems of care throughout Virginia.
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration with licensed professionals across clinical teams.
