Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation Mass General Brigham seeks a Social Work Supervisor (LICSW) to lead social work staff, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans for inpatients, outpatients, and ED patients. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure timely documentation.

This hybrid, per diem position is located at 32 Fruit Street with a focus on leadership, training, and quality improvement within social work services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required; LICSW license required.
• Experience supervising interns, LCSWs and other staff is expected.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to interns, LCSWs and other staff in the absence of Manager and/or Supervisor.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and formulate biopsychosocial treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patient needs as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Document and monitor client progress according to treatment plans.
