Job summary

MediLodge Farmington is seeking a Social Services Assistant to support the social services department in a long-term care setting. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate resident visits with outside services, and contribute to resident rights education.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience, with opportunities for ongoing education and advancement within MediLodge.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
