MediLodge of Farmington is seeking a Social Services Assistant to provide essential support to the social services department within our long-term care facility in Farmington, MI. The role emphasizes coordination of resident visits, education of staff on psychosocial issues, and maintaining confidentiality while inviting teamwork.

Required is a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a long-term care environment.
