Magnific is seeking a Social Media Associate to own Upscale’s social presence across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. You’ll shoot, edit, write and post content from events, with a strong eye for visuals, pacing, and typography.

The role combines on-site filming with creative storytelling for enterprise audiences, traveling 1–2 times monthly. Based in San Francisco, you’ll join a small, fast-paced Field Marketing team, collaborating across disciplines to craft human, engaging captions and

Qualificações

• Portfolio of social content you've created, shot, edited and written.
• Strong video editing skills in common tools.
• Sharp copywriting for social and email.
• Comfortable on camera for interviews and live coverage.
• Able to travel internationally (1–2 trips/month).
• Understanding of enterprise content and audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Run Upscale's YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and X day to day: planning, posting, community replies.
• Help develop and implement social media strategy.
• Travel to Upscale Conf and Upscale Days to create on-site content.
• Build pre-event hype and post-event recaps across channels.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content and interview speakers.
• Manage content for YouTube: talks, interviews, recaps and Shorts.
• Edit and produce video in various styles.
• Write captions and copy that stop scrolling and tell authentic stories.
• Spotlight partners and sponsors in engaging ways.
• Curate and credit top community content.
• Assist with Upscale email content and event communications.
• Use generative AI tools (including Magnific) for content creation.
• Adjust visuals from templates in Figma.
• Track performance and optimize.
