Job summary

Depop is seeking a Social Media + Video Community Editor to join our US Social & Influencer Marketing team. You’ll create, shoot, edit and publish short‑form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms, acting as an in‑house content creator.

You’ll surface trends, engage with the community, develop recurring formats, and help grow reach and conversation while maintaining Depop’s authentic voice across fashion and youth culture.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social-first content for a brand or publisher.
• Strong short-form video skills with the ability to shoot and edit independently.
• Portfolio demonstrating understanding of TikTok, Reels, Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Create social-first video content for Depop across major platforms.
• Develop and publish fast-turn, culturally relevant content.
• Build recurring social franchises and formats.
• Shape short-form video strategy with US team.
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow reach and engagement.
• Lead proactive community engagement and surface UGC and creators.
