Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Social Services Department, including Child and Family Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, Tribal Victim Services, Prevention, Child Support, and Adult Services.
• Handle policy development, community engagement, grant writing, program development, and budget monitoring/reporting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies such as Kansas SRS and BIA.
