Job summary
The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation is seeking a Social Services Administrator to lead the Social Services Department, overseeing Child and Family Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, Tribal Victim Services, Prevention, Child Support and Adult Services.
You will develop policy, grant management, program development, and budget reporting, and build partnerships with Kansas SRS and BIA to serve the community effectively.
Qualifications
- Four years of social services experience.
- Four years of supervisory/managerial experience.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, business administration, human services, behavioral health, or related health services field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Social Services Department including Child and Family Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Program, Tribal Victim Services, Prevention Services, Child Support Services, and Adult Services.
- Policy development, grant writing, program development, grant reporting and budget development/reporting/monitoring.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with outside agencies including Kansas SRS and BIA.
