River Crossing Rehab in Missouri is seeking an experienced Social Services Director to lead resident support and coordinate care in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to assess needs, document conditions, and provide emotional and social support to residents and families.
