Avir Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our team and lead resident support programs. You will oversee emotional support for residents and their families, while helping with admissions and referrals to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, licensure, and at least two years in geriatrics, with a valid driver’s license. Prior nursing home experience is preferred, and the role is based on-site at our facilities.
