Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work with at least two years of geriatrics experience, licensure, and a valid driver's license; nursing home experience is preferred.

The primary purpose of your job is to be responsible for providing services to respond to the emotional needs of the residents and their families. You will also assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
