We are seeking a resident-focused leader who builds teams and partners with leadership to ensure high-quality care. Experience in geriatrics and licensure are required for this pivotal role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work is required.
• Two years of experience in geriatrics.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Licensure required; nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to respond to the emotional needs of residents and families.
• Assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
• Build and maintain a collaborative, resident-centered care culture.

The primary purpose of your job is to be responsible for providing services to respond to the emotional needs of the residents and their families. You will also assist with resident admissions and the referral process.
