Brookshire Post Acute in Denver, CO is hiring a Social Services Director for a full-time role. You will direct and provide social services to meet residents' psychosocial needs, working with the care team to support patient well-being.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work or Human Services; MSW is preferred and requires at least two years of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting, with post-acute facility experience a plus. Competitive benefits offered.
