Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvements across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social services leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of social services principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
